• What areas does Lawn Doggy provide dog poop cleanup service?
  We service all of Monmouth and Ocean Counties and surrounding areas. If you do not see your area listed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

• How often do I receive my dog poop service?
  It’s your choice! We can clean the dog poop in your yard once a week, twice a week, or every other week depending on your needs.

• Do you offer one time only clean-up?
  Yes, we do. This is a great option if you are having a party, hosting a wedding, or selling/buying a home.

• Do I have to sign a contract?
  Lawn Doggy is so sure you will love the dog poop service provided that we will NEVER ask you to sign a contract. You may cancel, suspend, or change your service at any time and we NEVER have hidden fees.

• How will I be billed?
  Your credit card will be charged on the 1st day of the month to ensure service is not interrupted. All initial first time and one-time service must be paid before completion of service. If you start in the middle of the month your first payment will be prorated for the remainder of the current month.

• Do I have to be home when you service my yard?
  We would love to meet you and the dogs, however, it's not necessary. In your absence, gates need to be unlocked so we can get into your yard.

• Can my dog(s) be in the yard when you service it?
  We’re dog lovers and meeting new dogs is a perk. As long as your dog is friendly and is okay with strangers, we would love to have some company while we work. If not, we will ask you to keep them restrained while we are in their space.

• Will you service my yard during all types of weather?
  We work rain or shine. However, heavy, sustained downpours and snow of an inch or more will cause a delay in service until the following week. You will still be charged for that week since the following week’s service will require the additional time to provide a thorough cleaning.

• Will you service the yard during a Holiday?
  If your service date falls on a federal holiday we do not provide service for your yard . You will still be charged as we will be spend the additional time to ensure the yard is thorough on the next visit.
  

• What do you do with the dog poop?
  We will bag the waste and dispose of it in your trash receptacle.
  

• How do you protect my dog from catching a disease from another dog?
  At Lawn Doggy, we take clean yards seriously and we take pride to make sure to disinfect our shoes and our tools between yards to ensure we do not spread disease. Additionally, all our Dog Lovers wear protective sneaker covers on their sneakers so they don't spread germs from yard to yard.
  

• Do you offer deodorizer for my yard?
  No, we do not. We strive to be friendly to the environment (one of the many good reasons to scoop the dog poop). Adding any chemicals to your lawn adds them to the environment. Therefore, we do not offer this service. However, we have noticed, once you remove the source of the odor (dog poop) the smell typically goes away.

• How can I start up service?
  It’s easy and can be done with a quick  phone call. We typically are gone throughout the day--servicing your neighbors—so please leave a message. We  will return your call the same day to arrange your service.
